Add cheerful color and one-of-a-kind character to your home with this unusual pair of handcrafted glass holders. An unknown previous maker created each piece by permanently attaching a vintage glass electrical insulator to an ornate glass candleholder base. The clear glass features translucent golden-yellow painted accents and an intentional crackled effect inside the glass. The exterior remains smooth to the touch.

Multipurpose Design

The smaller centered opening is approximately 1 inch wide and accommodates many standard taper candles. The wider upper section may also accommodate a properly fitting small votive or votive cup.

Both holders retain water and can be used as petite bud vases for a few fresh flower stems. They also work with artificial flowers, dried stems, decorative picks, paintbrushes, or makeup brushes.

These distinctive pieces would be especially fun in a lemon-themed kitchen, retro cottage display, eclectic room, art studio, vanity area, or Halloween arrangement.

Condition

These are pre-owned handcrafted upcycled pieces made by an unknown previous maker. The vintage age applies to the electrical insulator components; the date when the completed holders were assembled is unknown. No unintended chips, cracks, or other damage were noted. The visible crackled pattern inside the glass is an intentional decorative treatment rather than surface damage.

Because vintage components were used and the pieces were assembled by hand, natural differences, small age-related characteristics, and handmade variations should be expected. Please review all photographs carefully before purchasing.

Care

Clean gently by hand with a soft damp cloth. Do not place in a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive cleaners, sudden temperature changes, and prolonged soaking around the permanently joined areas.
